Lens and Repro's Repair Policy

Lens and Repro 's repair department offers repairs done for you by a company with an excellent reputation for service. Our in-house technician can repair most traditional film camera and lens repairs, specializing in vintage large format cameras and lenses. All in-house repairs come with a 90 day warranty.

All digital camera repairs are sent to the manufacturer with the exception of camera and sensor cleaning which are done in-house.

Lens and Repro offers free estimates for in-house repairs. If a repair can not be done in-house there is a $25.00 fee for handling and shipping. This fee is charged even if the estimate is refused. The fee also includes cameras covered by manufacturer's warranty that were not purchased from Lens and Repro. Repairs are only done with customer's approval. We do not give estimates over the phone prior to seeing the camera.

Lens and Repro is not responsible for any repairs left over 90 days.
